I had a facelift 8 years ago. Could that be causing my intense headaches now, like a tigh band where the incisions were made?

I have had pain off and on for several years, but nothing bad.  lately my headaches have become severe.  They are right around my head like a tight band - the neck does not hurt, but I am aware of it, but the top of my head really hurts!
