Where does extra weight go after a tummy tuck only, no lipo?

Hello, I am going to have a tummy tuck, no lipo, and am wondering for those of you who have had tummy tucks without lipo...if you have gained some weight, where did it go? Did it go back to the stomach, or did it go to other areas of your body (like the back/waist/legs/arms/etc.)? Thank you for sharing your insight and experience with a newbie. Take care. Jamby
