Has anyone experienced more or less sinus pressure/headaches after rhinoplasty?

I have extremely bad allergies and have experienced debilitating migraine type headache that seems to result from pressure behind the bridge of my nose. I also have a deviated septum and a prominant hump on my nose that I have always hated. Since the pain radiates from the darn hump when the pollen count is high, I am wondering if somehow the structure of my nose is interferring with my sinuses and creating pressure. My nose isn't stuffy when it occurs. I've already explored typical allergy treatments and have been getting shots for three years. Since I hate the hump anyway, and my allergy doctor reminded me that I have a deviated septum, I'm looking into septoplasty and rhinoplasty. However, the last thing I want to do is make the symptoms worse. Has anyone experienced similar symptoms before/after rhinoplasty? Advice is welcomed. Thanks.
I'm so sorry about your terrible headaches! That sounds dreadful and can make it really hard to enjoy life.
I can tell you that I've never suffered major headaches before or after rhino/septoplasty, but my allergies are horrible. They were before AND after. Getting my deviated septum "fixed", my dorsal hump shaved off, etc., didn't make a difference.
With the allergy/breathing issues, though, you should be able to get it covered mostly by insurance!
