Has Anyone Experienced Adverse Health Issues?

I am looking into removing two small-ish tattoos i got when i was younger. They are red and black. I have concerns about the bodies immune system being able to filter out toxins from ink, and am worried about cancer. I have read that the ink particles can potentially be toxic when lasered and dispersed throughout the entire body, and that the metals within certain ink colors can cause toxicity. any info is appreciated!
