Anyone Experience Pain and Red Sore Eyes After Rhino Surgery?

I want to hear from people who have had painful eyes that are red and are dry and feel like they are burning after their rhinoplasty surgery and if the prolem resolved or not and if they were told that these problems werent because of the surgery, yet they had never had these eams problems before? Thanks.
