Does anyone have experience with nasal tip implants? Medpor?

I know I've posted a lot here--I've had two setbacks and they're really making life hard.  4.5 months ago I had an implant put in my nose/open rhino. (It's a trimmed implant). I messed myself up twice--took a blow at 6 weeks so that the nose refilled, then 7 weeks later, rubbed it too hard during massage. (No longer doing that--it was so stupid of me.) Now I'm 4.5 months post-op and the nose looks like it did in week 2, reddish-brown, boxy, and engorged. With each setback, the rate of returns diminishes; 7 weeks of waiting/being careful returns half as much value in de-swelling.   My surgeon said kenalog was dangerous; I believe him, but I feel absolutely awful and want other opinions.    I'm really stressed out, to the point I'm thinking I should just get this implant out in spring. I've consulted other surgeons (and mine) who all tell me just to wait. The implant is where it's supposed to be, but it's uncomfortable because right now there's a huge collection of fluid/tissue around it that I'm self-conscious of.  It was so stressful for that first month, so to be here at this point makes me feel awful. Whatever is around my implant is pressing on a valve or a nostril and I'm worried it won't go away.
