Does anyone have any experience on how long it takes after explant surgery to be able to return to athletic/hot yoga classes?

Specifically, being able to balance on your arms for planks, chaturanga push ups, upward dog, etc. I am afraid I am going to be out of practice for weeks. thanks!

Here is what some doctors have to say about that. Looks like you have to ask your particular surgeon.
