what to expect

I am 30years old with 2 kids I have lost 80Lbs in about 5 months and I was a DD and am now a small D. I am having my surgery in 2 weeks and am not real sure what to expect. I am a 34D and am thinking of getting 450-475CC I am curious what size I should expect when I am done. I don't want to think it is to small.

I am deflated so I am wanting to be fuller and bigger a DD. I had my consult and I am getting Saline 450-475CC. I am not uneven and they are not real saggy but just deflated between the weight loss and the kids there isn't much left. When I say I am a 34D I am a very small 34D a Balconette bra has nothing coming out the top.

Welcome to RealSelf! Just curious about your reasons for wanting breast aug if you're already a D cup? Are you wanting to fill out the upper pole of your breasts? Are you considering silicone or saline?
