What to expect?

Hello!   I'm sifting through a lot of these threads and it's all a bit overwhelming! First of all, I am 27 years old and after losing around 150 pounds, I have decided to get a tummy tuck and an arm lift. I lost the vast majority of the weight within a 2 year span and have kept it off for about 4 years. I've put on a bit here an there, I've plateaued around 185 after getting down to 155 at one point which was incredibly unhealthy (I looked like a melting skeleton----keep in mind that I'm nearly 6 ft tall). It goes without saying that I have a significant amount of loose skin.   I guess that my question is: what should I expect during surgery and during recovery (time before one is able to walk normally, pain levels)? I've never had any sort of surgery before, so the prospect of being put under is a bit frightening :) Also, are there any tips or suggestions (things you would do differently if you could do it again?). I have my consult in 2 weeks, so I have some time to prepare a list of questions!   Thank you!
