I have an enormous ridge of fat and skin above my incision 3 months post op is this normal?

I had a tummy tuck done in Oct. I have an incision from side to side and an emormous ridge of fat lining my incision. Is this normal? My stomach is far from flat. I am a little upset. It looks a bit freakish.
