Most effective way to remove ice pick or open pore scars?

I am olive-skinned, 30 years old, and Chinese. I have this scarring across both my cheeks and my nose from years of severe acne. What laser treatment (CO2 vs Fraxel vs Erbrium) or other options would be most effective? I am willing to accept downtime of 1-3 weeks. Thank you!
