Ear Reduction Scarring

I"be been doing a lot of research on the subject, and am high considering it. The only problem im having is finding a picture to put it in perspective. I've read numerous responces from doctors saying it leaves an unacceptable scar. But what's unacceptable to someone may not be to another. Can anyone help me out?
I think it's hard to get a good picture of the scar because of where it's located. Here's a whole bunch of before and afters that show different angles. It kind of gives you an idea of where the scar is, based on what you can't see (i.e. it's hidden in most views).
I think I can see it here though. If I saw her from behind, I wouldn't know she had ear surgery. It just looks like an ear wrinkle to me. (full size here)
