Dr.Ghavami for Revision Rhinoplasty?

I'm interested in a revision rhinoplasty and love what I see on his site, but I haven't seen any unsponsored testimonials on him. Meaning, I work in marketing and know his search results and reviews aren't organic, but nonetheless, he has some beautiful noses as pictured that match my personal aesthetic. I'm Italian American.  Does anybody have any feedback/experience with him directly. Keep in mind I'm talking about revision to support my tip, raise my column, possible spreader grafts (my nose was a little overdone, now 15 years later it's got every deformity in the book, though all very subtle. Basically, I'm not deformed to the naked eye or awful, but certainly could benefit from some TLC.)  Any information you have, THANKS!! It's horrifying to think of going through this again and this whole process is emotionally exhausting! Any real feedback is appreciated!

I'm sorry you have to go through this again, but it's great that you're doing your homework.

Here is Dr. G.'s profile page on RealSelf, on which you can find several reviews for him.

With all due respect, a marketing background doesn't necessarily mean you can identify all reviews as not genuine. We work very hard to make sure all reviews have been written by real patients. A human being moderates each review.

If you see one you suspect to be fake, please do point it out to us so we can investigate.

I wasn't referring to this site, just sponsored search results in general which I'm qualified to evaluate as either being a paid or optimized placement. This is true for many doctors and it's not necessarily a bad thing. They have a business to run, they aren't superheros as much as we all wish they were. :)
