Hello ladies, I am 5'3, 130 lbs and I am looking to have a TT BBL in DR March 2014. I am looking to build a list of things that you ladies post and pre feel are vital to the pre and post op process. How did these things help? Any side effects to the supplements? For those trying to gain weight do we workout too? Do we bring sheets or pillows? Lysol? Things to avoid? What helps for sleeping, bathing, eating? How is using the restroom afterwards? #2? Helping incisions heal? When do you change your compression garment (stages)? What are the differences? Best way for you and a travel buddy to help make each others stay comfortable? Things to watch out for... There is so much info on RS, I would just like to compile it all in one place for us newbies.
