has anyone used dr. parsa or dr steinsapir

i do not want to know what is going on when they are operating. some doctors seem to use a local and other patients are out so feel nothing. it is costly for a consultation but i have called a few offices trying to find out this info, also asked for a ballpark figure and had a few other questions and they all tell me that when you have the consultation the doctor will answer all questions. i explained that depending on the answer to my questions will help me decide who i want to see. i would appreciate any help you can give me.
