Hello Ladies.  Just wanted to know if anyone has had Breast Augmentation with any of these four doctors? They are who I have narrowed it down to. I'm living in Los Angeles. Have had two kids and want to get maybe 250cc gel implants. Perhaps gummy bears.    Thanks in Advance!

I had my BA done with Dr Casper in Pasadena on 3/28/13 I was a deflated B cup, 5'5" 160lbs, I went with 500 Moderate plus profile, mentor silicone gels, under the muscle and I am most pleased with the outcome. I am a 38D and have had complains other than I should of done this sooner. I am 47 years old. I had my tummy tuck done later in the year on 7/8/13 and I am so grateful that my experience on both surgeries were good. I went with Dr Casper based on 24+ yrs of experience and after much research couldn't find not one negative review. I felt comfortable with him from my first visit and living in East Los Angeles I found it much closer to get to his officer for my Post op appts. I highly recommend him, had I not been self conscious of my breasts I would of posted before and afters but I didn't, you can see my profile and you will find my TT journey with pics. I had a lot of help from Jennifer front desk manager, and Dr Casper always returned my calls during my recovery. I hope this helps a bit

I have a close friend who had her original BA followed by numerous revisions performed by Dr Fisher, each revision more disastrous than the last. Very traumatic, physically and psychologically to her.

This may be too late, but I had my original breast augmentation with Dr. Casper over 6 years ago. I am 5/8 120lbs and my he put in a 350cc silicone implant making me a very full D/small DD, when I was adamant I did not want to go above a 34C (I even made sure there were other sizes in the operating room in case they were too big once placed - apparently you don't know whether the breast will "swallow" up the implants. They are heavy and uncomfortable - after over 6 years with these, I only ever take my bra off to shower. I went back immediately over concerns of the huge size and my slim frame (plus, I am a professional and was finishing my jd) and he "offered" to downsize them for the same original price! I was so upset. I went back again about getting them removed a few times and he said how great they look, how hot I was, etc. That being said, he did do a good job aside from the size. I still desperately want them out, but I am overwhelmed and not sure where to go. I certainly do not want to give him my $$ again when he wouldn't cut me a deal on anything especially when it was his fault. I just don't trust anyone :-( If anyone can suggest a PS in the Los Angeles or OC area I would be so grateful. Thank you for reading. xo

My implant Dr was with Dr. Aboolian whos office is right next door to Dr Fisher. Not that means anything but if it were me I would stay away from that floor. I chose Dr. Esmailian He has a website if you google his name... I actually never heard of him but found out that my insurance would cover the explant so I decided to have a consult with him. He works a lot with Cancer patients and has done a lot of explants which was a huge plus for me. His bedside manner was great and I felt really comfortable with him and his staff. I had met with one other person through my insurance and thought he would be the one Dr Shay Dean in Marina Del Rey but after he said something weird to me I was like "NEXT" I also had a consult with others that I would of had to pay out of pocket and if I were to have to choose any it would be with Dr. Lavinia Chong... She is awesome... I would look into hiring her... She is in Orange County though and even though I didnt want to take the drive... she was well worth the visit. She was my first choice... However, I just didnt have the money right now to pay for the surgery ... Dr. Esmailian was my last consult and I was praying he would be the one... so I am trusting my gut and hoping it is right this time. I will not know if he is good though until my surgery so I will keep you posted. As you can see from my photos, my boobs are pretty messed up. Im terrified not only going under but what the outcome will be. TERRIFIED... but I will keep you posted. Dr. Esmailian is worth the consult too. :) Hope everything works out... I will be thinking of you.

Hoping another community member will share their opinion with you. In the meantime, here is a great video interview with Dr. Teitelbaum discussing the difference between gummy bear and silicone implants.
