Dr. Elias Gikas or Regan Thomas for Severe Nasal Deviation?

Have a SEVERE C-shaped deviation from a birth trauma - will likely need ear cartilage to build out the one side of the septum bc how far it is crooked and shifted off-center. Saw Dr. Steven Bloch, Dr. Regan Thomas, Dr. Thomas Mustoe and Dr. Elias Gikas. Have not seen Dr. Anil Shah. Interested in hearing about any experiences from Dr. Elias Gikas - love his photos - my deviation severe.
