Has Anybody had Dr. Anil R. Shah or Dr. Rodger Wade Pielet for Rhinoplasty or otoplasty???

Thank you for your response Angie. I will definitely let everyone know my experience from meeting these doctors and others that I am planning to set appointments with. And when I decide who is going to operate me, I will def. let everyone know my experience and my out come.

I talked to him yesterday and I do like him. I don't know what to expect for my revision because I am terrified of a poor outcome. He seems to be 'together' and my reason for seeing him was that I liked the post op pictures. Has anyone else out there had a revision rhinoplasty from Dr. Shah?

I also want to go for Revision Rhinoplasty, the nose I have right now is totally crooked and is giving me a very bad time. I live in east coast and went chicago specially to meet Dr. Shah, he met me after an hour of what the time was scheduled, I was waiting there for an hour. Now I finally met him, he seemed to be a good listener, but you know what the kind of state of mind I have right now because of my nose I cannot express myself completely, he morphed my photos which were really impressive but he did not answer all my questions. He morphed my side and front photos but did not show how will I look from the 3/4 side view. I asked him to do that so he said he will send me them by email, its been 14 days I have still not got them. Even when doctor was showing me how will I look after surgery touching my nose, his secretary came inside without knocking the door. I am continuosly calling them for the photos, its been 14 days still I have not got them. the only thing which is still attracting me to him is his price which is relatively low and the majority of reviews which are good.

There is one more doctor in New jersey - Dr. Alvin glasgold, he seem to be really impressive. Just see his work on his website and youtube, but he is really expensive, it will cost $13000 and he also charges $100 for consultation, I am really confused, any advice would be certainly appreciated.

How did it turn out? Are you happy with your results? I don't know why I am so nervous. I really do like him but my confidence in doctors is a little shakey. I think they listen, but my experience is that they don't. thank you so much for responding to me.

You recently has a revision from him, I had mine in 2008 and now I am getting it now, it is very crucial to me and Dr. Shah is not replying to me properly, I have some issues like my left side projection is too high but I don't think he is addressing that, this time I don't want to mess with my nose. What would you suggest?

Also, just for future info, RealSelf only works with doctors who are board certified.
