Downsizing breast implants - lift necessary?

I had two breast augmentations. First one done submuscular with 250cc, the last one done subglandular three months ago with 390cc. Can I go back under the muscle with smaller breast implants? Want to downsize from 390cc to 275cc. Do I need a breast lift in order to downsize?

HI, I had a breast implant 2 years ago, I am 40 years old.I had 235ml but I think it is too big and I don't like it. Before I was size AA, I had almost nothing.If I downsize for 170ml will I need a breast lift? I am not very excited about having a vertical scar and my nipples are too small and the surgery can't be through them. The scar from the augmentation was 3cm and it almost invisible now. Thank you
