i dont know what to do.

I did the rubber band thing. my keloid shrunk and turned black. it started detaching from the back of my ear. so i decided to cut it. i wasn't able to because it was very tender and it hurled like he'll. It also was bleeding. i tried to put the rubber band back on. negative..too tender. so what do i need to do now? Im keeping it clean. can somebody help me please¿¡¿
