Need a Doc for a BR in NYC

Hello, I live in NYC and I am trying to find a doctor to do my breast reduction. I just had a baby 10mths ago before I was a 36DDD, during pregancy I went up to 36G after the baby I was up to a 36K. I'm down now to an 38H I'm 5'5' with a med to small frame I use to have mild back pains before. But with carrying around a 21 pound baby and larger breast the pain has gone worst and now moving to my shoulders and neck. So I'm trying to build up the strenght to get this taken care of before it gets even worst. Any referrals or advice would be great. Thanks,

There are lots of great breast reduction surgeons in NYC. Here's a list of board-certified surgeons. Also, on the right side are all of the breast reduction reviews we've received from RealSelfers in NYC, many of whom also post who their doctor was. Hope this helps!

I'm getting BR with Christina Ahn on 6/16. She came highly recommended from a friend (who had a BR with her and looks great). I've been very pleased with my experience with Dr. Ahn so far...

Hi Ionic,
How was your procedure with Dr. Ahn? I'm planning on having surgery with her in July. I'm actually getting the opposite done -- fat transfer.

Hey there- my procedure ended up being delayed thanks to insurance, but I ended up going through with it on 9/12. I can't rave about Dr. Ahn enough....she's been amazing, and I'm feeling so excited and optimistic about my results!

Mine was delayed also. But I'm scheduled to have it on July 26th. I am very excited!!

I was very happy with Dr. Ahn. I liked her bedside manner and disposition, her tenacity with getting my insurance sorted...and, most importantly, my results. I am very happy with the results. To be honest, her staff can be a little ditzy at times and we had a few administrative mishaps, but overall Ive been very pleased.
