Discharge, rash months after periaerola breast augmentation

I had breast augmentation the end of November and about 3 weeks ago I noticed a clear discharge coming from the incision of my periareola incision. I saw my plastic surgeon and he prescribed me antibiotics, Keflex and told me to put antibiotic ointment on it. After taking the medication I had an allergic reaction but continued to take the antibiotics for 4 days until I called the doctor again. I saw the doctor and he wrote me another perscription and said I should see improvement in 2 days.2 days and still no improvement. HELP ME PLEASE!
