Did anyone here look four months pregnant a week after mm?

I was trim starting out, no lipo needed. Now I like fine from the front but huge for the side. I can't believe swelling explains all of this. Am wearing binder all the time, snug and tight, nothing seems to budge. A lot of the pictures I have seen here for TT look way better right after surgery. I have no seroma or hematoma, one drink out, nevery really drained much, and the muscle repair is intact.
