Did anyone else go more modest with their implants?

I keep seeing all these beautiful photos of women who have been able to go so much larger than their starting out size, while in order to maintain a natural look, I had to stay with a very small implant size. I have Moderate Classic smooth Plus gel implants in 235ccs under the muscle. I started off at barely an A cup. My ribs measured a 34 but I barely filled a 32. My chest wall was so tight that I couldn't go any larger without looking like I would have watermellons on my chest. It was a bummer, but I understand. I just now would like to see anyone else who had the same situation or similar as mine. I am 5'5" 131 lbs and 31 years old :)

i am 24yo 5'0 102 pounds. i started out a very small a cup and got 385 cc silicon implants under the muscle. but i also had two kids so my boobs had been stretched a lot to begin with. mine are really swollen right now so im not sure exactly what size i will be but im hoping a large C cup!

Your results look very beautiful :) mine stretched to a 34c when I nursed my son, but when he stopped nursing At 3 weeks old, even though I pumped constantly, my breasts quickly flattened out to nothingness. Over the years they fluctuated a bit but never more than enough to actually fill my 34a bras that I wore occasionally even though I was only 32a. I am pretty sure I will stay at a 34C which I can live with. :)

Hi. Your size looks perfect, post more photos though from the front. I went with 175cc texture silicone over the muscle. I am in Greece. I do not know why you would need a larger one. Remember, the smaller the size, the less complications.

I guess I just really want to look and feel like I got everything I could out of the money I spent. I don't want to end up being boob geedy, but I also want to look my best in whatever I want :) I have a lot more front pics in my profile! Your size looks really good, I guess I am just being too self critical :(

We're about the same, I'm 5'4, 118lbs, 22yrs old, wear a 32-34 mostly push up bra's and can hardly fill them out. I'm trying to pick my size now. I've been playing with the rice test figuring out what I want. I'm not going too big, probably a cup or two if that's not too fake and enormous looking on me. I go to have my first consult last week of July. I'm planning on going with gummy bear and above the muscle. Why did you choose to go below the muscle. Just curious, my options are still open and trying to figure out the best way to go... By the way, yours look good, about the size I want to go.

I did the rice test as well and thought I'd be able to go up to at least a 38C but I had no room in my chest wall to go that big. I wanted to do moderate plus as well, when it was decided I could only do a max of 235ccs but again because of how small I was to start and how little room under the muscle I had I could only do moderate. My PS said I could go bigger but it would be very obvious that they were not real. Soo I went with the 235ccs moderate smooth round gel implant under the muscle. I am happy I no longer look so childish but still wish I could have gone a bit bigger.

Oh and I went under the muscle due to how small I am naturally on top. I am very thin on top but larger on bottom lol Pear shape. If I were to go above the muscle the implant would have been visible very easy to feel. Under the muscle was the only option for me. Before I knew all that, I knew I wanted under the muscle just for the fact that I knew it would give me a more natural look :)

I wanted to go under the muscle, then read some articles and watched youtube videos on it trying to decide. They have me thinking I should go above the muscle. I just won't want to be able to see my impants like some pictures on other pages if I do go above. I'm not sure which one to choose, I guess me and my doctor will discuss that at my consult.
