Hi! I live in Huntsville, Al and my doc did upper/lower abs and flanks for 3,500.00. I paid all up front for a 10% discount. So really it was 3,800.00 at first. He did great!!

I had upper and lower abs and flanks for $4000 with a board cert surgeon in Northern Calif.

My Dr considers lower and upper one area. The regular cost is $5000 but he is always running specials. Right now its 50% off so I'm getting my whole abdomen for $2500 and my flanks for $2000 additional.

i paid 3500 for my upper, lower abs, and flanks. you should always negotiate. i went consultation to 3 differents places. they gave me 3 different quotes. i negotiated and picked where i like better

Depends on where you live. In Texas it seems around 3500 dollars. Smart lipo is a little cheaper than regular lipo because you don't have to pay for hospital fees. Good luck

$5,000 seems like the average for just the abdomen (although most doctors consider this two "areas" -- upper and lower -- so make sure you get a clear estimate about what's included). Here are some reviews from other RealSelfers who had Smart Lipo on their abdomen. Hope this helps!
