Do I have deviated septum or what is my case?

I need to know what my case is and how to fix it. I feel like my left nostril is different from my right nostril.
Welcome to RealSelf! Are you having trouble breathing? I think you're going to have to go on a few consultations with plastic surgeons who can examine your nose if you want a good, solid answer on this. Pics don't tell the whole story.
