Hey, gals. If you value your face and don't like extremely painful surgeries, stay far, far away from LSL in Troy, MI. I had to have a real board certified plastic surgeon repair the damage LSL did to me. Every time I see a positive review, it makes me think it was written by a staff member. LSL had to pay out $300,000 in New York because of bogus reviews. Do not go to the Troy location. They are ENTs with weekend training on how to do a 1970's era facelift.

I had the liftstyle lift done July 10,2007 and the scars behind my ears still hurt. Still cannot wear earrings and major nerve damage around ears heat up when out in sun. I have to massage around my ears to releave pain. They pulled my ears down ; not my face lift ,up.I had to take two weeks off work as I had a pumpkin head.Cannot believe I paid for this!1 hour operation took 3-4 hours.Read these horror stories before you have it done.

I had the Lifestyle lift for my chin and neck do to alot of weight that I lost. 126 lbs.on my own I might add. I would do the face lift again in a heartbeat and I will if I ever need it. Never felt a thing during the surgery and my doctor was so gentle. This was done at the Troy office. The staff was great and my doctor was the best ever. I was off work only a week and a half. It's been three weeks since my surgery, bruising and swelling are gone and everyone says I look 30. I'm 54! I love myself again and I love that I feel I'm starting a new life for myself. If only they did boob jobs. lol

I am scheduled to have the Lifestyle lift next Thursday and after watching a video of a someone's diary of the surgery and recovery and reading all the negative things about results of other patience, I am scared to death. I am scheduled to go talk to {edited} tomorrow in Troy Michigan...What should I do? Editor note: To make or request doctor recommendations, please visit our Doctor Recommendation Forums.

Well, in my all my anger towards the troy office manager has caused me to write some horrible things about the gals in the office that are in contact with the patients on a day to day basis. I regert posting my up above comment about the Troy, Mi medical staff. They have done nothing to me, but support me in my hard time. The girls in that office are well trained and very compassionate towards patients. Regardless of what kind of training they have under their belts they are very smart &, helpful individuals. I regret posting my comments up above because if it was or is read by the staff i'm afraid it may have hurt my relationships with them. I truely love the gal that took care of me. If she reads this i hope she understands that things written were written to hurt the corporate end and not her feelings. As far as Lucy Williams the office manager well i know that she does need some schooling in public relations...she is great with the finiancal end of the busniess but she sucks at the human relation end of it. She needs help with several things and step one would be to treat patients with respect along with her staff. I have herad her speak to some of the receptionist and its as if she could careless for peoples feeling and she cares more for herself and her own well being. She wants u to be very afraid of her, and fear. Is that how one wants to treat her staff and patients?? I had posted an earlier comment calling the medical staff "trained monkeys" and by that i meant they were lucy's trained zoo animals. She pulls the strings on those gals and guys and they do as they are told. Just like a trained zoo animal. I understand deeply that people need jobs in order to survive in this curel world, but should one just sit back and take the verbal beatings and demands of this women? What i was trying to get across thru my postings is that no job is worth that type of abuse from and office manager with no self respect of herself. If she don't respect herself does that mean she'll have any slight respect or feeling for you?? No proceudure or consultation is worth it if thats how the manager is. I truely am sorry for bashing the medical staff. If they are medically legal to help or just a person off the street, they do give you respect, care & all that they have while you are under their care. They are wonderful including the doctors. I may dislike the company and some of what they do and how they go about it, but i did enjoy part of my treatment in that office. My hate towards corporate and management has nothing to do with the other realtionships i have in that office with the staff. Sometimes when people get angry they say things in hurt in order to hurt others. I have hurt some medical staff in all this and I am sorry. I don't think when i say things and sometimes the outcome is horrible. The hurt i have endured the last 5-6 months has nothing to do with you and you know who you are! I just thought because of my visit last week that i should take it out on you because i was so hurt. I feel better when i hurt others in order to help my deal with my feelings. When i hurt i want you to hurt too!!! Sorry :( I will be back to visit my favorite office staff real soon, and my docotor as well.

LSL? I am still unclear as to what this procedure is! Can someone tell me what exactly is done to lift the frown lines and eliminate the crease? Thank you.

I would like some feedback on long term results of both lower lift and eye procedures. Also, opinions on the work of Dr. Colton. Gert

My mother is scheduled to have the Lifestyle Lift done in November. As I surf through the different areas that perform this procedure I am becoming increasingly nervous. Please post any success/horror stories so I can give her an informed opinion
