I am trying to decied between 375/425 cc and 450/500 ccs

My main concern about going bigger is faster sag. I am 47 5'4" 128lbs getting Binelli lift and trying to decide between my PS recommended 375right/425left ccs or going a bit bigger with 450right/500left ccs. Any advice??
Bigger implants do not age as well, it's true. Here's what a few surgeons have to say about a woman about your size who wanted 500cc implants. Hope this helps!
