Hey ladies, hope that everyone is doing well. My tummy tuck is looking great. Just wish I could start ab focused exercise. Is anyone else restricted on these exercises?

YES!!!! I tried last night and about DIED!! I was so scared, thought for a moment I busted something! I tried leg lifts & only did 3. I am able to do the ab machines (crunch machine & rotary torso) just fine with no discomfort, so I'll be sicking with that for a while longer.

I'm still not happy with my results. I went back to my PS and he said everything is looking great. What do I do now?

I am not happy with mine either. I have a pouch above my belly button...makes my stomach not look flat. My PS can't seem to tell me why. I am going to wait until 6 months out and then possibly get a second opinion.

I've been thinking about doing the same thing. My problem is in my lower abs. I can actually pinch up loose skin on one side while the other is nice and tight.

How's everyone doing! Hard to believe that it is now March and finally the awful hot weather has gone in WA and we are now enjoying the beautiful Autumn weather. I'm going really well. Still get some stiffness at the end of the day or after a big work out but apart from that all good. I'm looking forward to my trip to Borneo in 7 weeks and wearing a pair of bathers that doesn't involve having to hide a big baggy tummy!!!

I'm in a good place right now at 15 weeks PO. Things seem to be settling down with the swelling, etc... Just still pretty numb along incision and where the pain pump was on my thigh. Feels very strange!! I hope your trip is AMAZING! You will be rocking the "bathers"!

I am also numb on parts of my incision line and the swelling is minimal some days are worse than others. Won't it be nice to feel "normal" again!!

Hi!! I feel ok...still get sore and tired if i do to much. I just am upset because my tummy is not as flat as it was about 2 months ago!!!! it is swollen and puffy!!!! I hope this goes down for the summer!!!!! I know this is not a miracle for a flat stomach...but i did not expect look. anyone have this????

Hello! It has been a while! I am sad to say I will be going in for a revision April 1st. the dr missed doing lipo on a large area on my back. You could not tell he missed it until the swelling went down about 5 weeks ago. I am going to have more lipo done during the revision. It is all so fast I am not sure what to think about it but I am happy to have it done. I am going to have inner and outer thighs and the rest of my back. Hope everyone is doing well! Kat

Hello kat72- I have not picked a revision date yet since I took off days with first Tt I have to wait, I have to have it redone because my bb area was not pulled down :0( this sucks having to go through all this again I want to cry :0( Good luck on yr revision.
