Would DD be too big for me?

I'm 5'3 130lbs 32b-28-36. Before my pregnancies I was a C cup but then lost them. When I went to my consult the surgeon said my nipples slightly stick outward. And I do have a pretty good gap. In my pregnancies I hot up to a large C/ small d cup. So I'm thinking there might be room for a DD. Would like to post picture of what my breast look like currently. Not sure how. If anyone has any tips any advise would be great. Tux.

I got my BA a month ago And got 700 cc moderate plus saline and I'm only 5'4 130 lbs and I love my boobs wish I would have gone a lite bigger bc they aren't as big as I thought after swelling went down :( do whatever makes you happy I went from a full B after 2 kids and bringing my body fat down to 15% to an A cup :(

This makes me feel worlds better! I am 5'7, 131 and very muscular. Training for competition and at 10% body fat now. PS and I decided on 700 cc, silicone, under, mod plus. I was worried they would be too big but you helped me out! Thank you!

I'm 5'2, 125# and was 32B/34A preop (29.5 waist/36.5 hip). Before surgery I thought a D cup was humongous - yesterday I was trying on (and filling out! woohoo!) a 34D/36C, and I certainly don't think my boobs look too big for my frame. I would imagine that I probably could've gotten away with going a little bigger, though I'm very happy with where I am. Feel free to check my pics, since we're similarly sized.

Defiantly post pics! Or take a look at mine I'm close to the same stats only no kids but I am very into fitness! While its hard to compare to bra size as each company is different, consider how They look when trying sizers! I was a 32b and I got 450 silicone under the muscle I average at a dd but fit DD in some!
