Dark Spots from Adult Acne

I have been using obaji since october and had some good results but I think the product has reached its max. I did get the acne under control with trentolin but seems its back,even though Im sill using the product. The pimples again come just before my period and then they leave brown spots behind in there place, What can I do now, I wil continue to use the product but i so much want to rid myself of these now newer brown spots at my cheeks I do have one or two small scars too.
