Currently 350cc Over Muscle Flat Round Silicone Gel. 8yrs on I Want to Be a Little More Discrete. 250cc UNDER the Muscle?

Has anyone down sized? I can't seem to find any results of how my breasts will look after down sizing. With a new pocket under the muscle with smaller implants 250cc? I am 5'7, slim to athletic. Thanks, Jayde

Did you have your surgery? What size did you decide on? I'm currently going through the same dilema. I had 360cc and went down to 275cc and they are still too large for me. I'm 5/6 small frame and I'm thinking of going smaller again, so I need to get it right this time.
