Is there any creams that may help with tightening skin of the abdomen?

I'm a 26 year old mother of 2 both born via csection. After my first i worked hard and was pleased with results after 2 years. I ended up pregnant with second baby just shortly after all my hard work and now after another 2 years i am disgusted with my stomach. I am again 3 months pregnant and hoping for a miracle cream to just slightly help. I want to workout and try every thing possible to steer clear from a tummy tuck but i'm afraid with my tummy there is no option.
