I have cream spots/ patches (hypopigmentation) on my upper body that will not go away. What is my diagnosis (photos attached)?

For over 10 years I have been suffering from a hypopigmentation skin disorder. I have tried everything in the book (medications, shampoos, lotions, diets, photo therapy etc.) and it continues to progress. My discoloration first began on my back and then spread all over my upper torso, most recently down my stomach and buttocks. My natural skin color is brown and the condition is causing cream/ whitish spots/patches (striping away my natural color). First, spots appear then grow into bigger patches. You can clearly see the contrast from my natural skin color and the infected areas. This condition has been a huge struggle to live with and has really taken a toll on me. I have seen hundreds of Doctors and nobody has been able to help me. Is there anyone out there who knows what I have?
