Cracking Sound After Rhinoplasty

About 3 weeks ago, I had a rhinoplasty. It has been a little more than a week since I had my splints removed from both nostrils. While I was reapplying bandages to my nose, I accidentally pressed down on the left side of my nose with my left side of my nose. When this happened, I felt some pressure and I heard a cracking noise. Should I be concerned about the results of my rhinoplasty or is this normal after 3 weeks post-op?
I bet it's no big deal (I remember bumping my nose shortly after my splint came off and being terrified that I'd dislodged something, but all was well), but if you're worried, I would suggest a phone call to your surgeon.
