Cost of removing keloids from ear piercings?

I have two small keloids on both of my ears from piercings I got about 3 months ago. So I was wondering, how much will it cost to get both removed?

Honestly, get a bottle of tea tree oil. It stinks, but putting it on them a couple of times a day will dry them up and they will fall off. I have had keyloids from perciengs and that's what i have done. Good luck
