Looking for a Cosmetic Surgeon in the Chicago - Milwaukee corridor!! HELP!

Any of you TT survivors in the Chicago - Milwaukee corridor? Please tell me of your experience. WOuld you recommend your doctor? I have a TT scheduled in Jan 11 but am very scared and nervous - my Dr is very personable, but not very calming. He mentioned yanking and pulling and it freaked me out!!!
