Consultation with Dr. Dhafer Salama - Warren, MI

Has anyone had rhinoplasty with Dr.Salama? he specializes in facial surgery and rhinoplasty. I had a consultation there a few weeks ago, he didnt spend much time with me, he also didnt have an imaging program to show me what my nose could look like. He charges only $3800, I heard great reviews but still nervous. Please help!
