Concerned over lack of exercise during recovery from tummy tuck

I am considering a full tt. I have lost 100 lbs through diet and exercise and have been stable for the last 8 months...currently at 130lbs and 5'4"..wearing a size 4..have a fairly flat stomach but skin hanging over. I work out religiously 5x a week (eliptical and weight training) and have done so for at least the last year, and am worried about what will happen if I am forced to stop that routine for a few weeks. Anyone have any experience to share?

Hi there, Check out this video gallery. The woman featured worked like crazy to lose a lot of weight, and then did have to stop exercising for a while to recover from her tummy tuck and breast lift surgery. She got back to it pretty quickly though, and is looking amazing.
