a little concerned

I had my operation about 1.5 weeks ago. My main concern is whether my tip will drop and also it seems like my nose is frozen when I talk or smile. I know it's early but I was wondering if anyone had a similar experience. columellar strut, alar base narrowing, dorsal onlay grafting were the main additions of my operation. just to give anyone an idea. Thanks
I know this isn't what you want to hear, but this can take months. My nose was numb for a good two or three. Here's what some doctors say about the tip dropping. Hope this helps.
