Compression garment and removal....

Hi All, I was wondering... when you take your compression garmet off to have a shower and or clean the area, what is the bestand most comfortable way to remove it? Standing, sitting, laying? and what is the best way to get back on? I am actually afraid... haha

I removed mine will sitting right before I got in the shower or will I was sitting in the chair in the shower. Sometimes when you remove it, you make feel light headed so sitting and removing it is better.

Definitely stay seated.   It feels strange at first when you take it off but you will get use to it.
