Has Anyone Complained or Gotten Results They DIdn't Want?

i am very curious. I am 21 and i've been wanting to boost my confidence. I have a pudge cause of my infant. aha. and im already "thick" on the bottom but more wide than thick. i have been told about this by people who thought about it till they got hit with the price.
Even though the price is high for me i do want to get it hopefully in the near future. However, I do agree with them but i also understand where the surgeons are coming from as well. What I want was the Brazilan Butt Lift (fat transfer) only because it runs less risk. However I want to know if anybody has yet to complain or be disappointed in the procedure?
