Closed Rhinoplasty Done 3 Weeks Ago, and One Side of Columella is Extremely Irritated, Red and Bulging? There is no puss inside and my doctor said it is not an infection. He said he does not know what it can be. Please help me what is causing this? Will it ever go away?

I'm really sorry you're dealing with this... it does look inflamed. Could it be some sort of rogue suture? Did your surgeon mention anything about a steroid shot to help the swelling?
