Chin implant change smile?

Hi! I am 22. I would like to size up my chin. I have made a picture, that may look something like the way I would want it to be. Question is how much approximately is the full costs of the surgery! only thing i can find online is the costs of implant alone, or other case only the fee of surgeon alone, but never the whole sum. also does the implant changes the looks of smiling, and does it make it harder or somewhat uncomfortable? thank you.
