I'm on day 3 of a 2 week liquid diet and I'm struggling. I think it's mostly the fact that I'm not "eating" just drinking. The sugar free jellos and frozen popsicles don't stop the cravings. Its hard going from 2000 calories to just 700-900 and no caffeine. The constant headache is gone but if i do too much activities I get woozy and lightheaded. Any advice? (2wk diet: protein shake, water/ crystal light, sugar free jellos, popsicles, broth)
