Changing breast size?

I know that there is breast swelling after BA surgery, but I was wondering if I could get some input from those who've experienced it already. How will my bra size change during the different stages of recovery? I've also noticed that wire bras are encouraged after incision sites are healed and am wondering why not wireless. Help me understand, ladies!!!

Thanks so much! That was helpful. I was under the impression that underwire was recommended after the incisions had healed. Since I don't typically wear underwire that wasn't sounding appealing to me. From this though it sounds like I can wear either underwire or wireless after the first 6-8 weeks. I had never thought about just pulling the wire out of underwire bras instead of buying ones marketed as wireless. That's a good idea as long as they're good support.
