How many cc's of fat needed for a brazilian butt lift/ fat transfer?

I had a Brazilian Butt Lift a week and a half ago and am VERY dissapointed bc I see nearly no differsnce at all. My doctor keeps saying it is bc my lipo sites are still so swollen. Yet he only got enough fat to transfer 75 cc's in each cheek which I feel wouldn't seem to be any amount to see a change. Now he is saying he could only take what my body gave him. I kept asking before the procedure if 1.) I'd be able to get my results I was looking for and 2) If I should gain. He said no need to gain and we couldnt tell results until after lipo...

IM GETTING 700 CCS! 75 is NOTHING!! Try 500, I'm only doing 700 because I have a large frame and I really wanna bigger ass :-)

I agree that communication is key. Let everything settle over the next couple of months. Then visit with the surgeon if your expectations were not met. Typical much more fat is transferred to achieve the results that are typical desired from patients seeking enhancement.

Communication with your Plastic Surgeon before surgery is very important. Choosing a BOARD CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON WITH EXPERIENCE IS IMPORTANT. To see a difference you need about 300-500cc of fat injected in each buttock to see the result. To get that amount you need to liposuction 3000-5000 cc of liposuction aspirate. If you did not have enough fat then the surgeon should have discussed other methods for Buttock Enhancement Surgery. 75 cc will barely do increase the buttocks. Before surgery the surgeon can estimate how much fat you have to give towards the Buttock enhancement. Posting your pictutres will be able to tell if you have enough fat.
