How many CC's should I go?

My surgery is set up for next month, May, and I'm still undecided. I'm 19 years old, 5'5", 110 pounds, and I am a 32A. My plastic surgeon recommended me 225cc-325cc. He said 225cc would put me at a big B/small C and 325cc would put me at a big C/small D. He plans on using round, smooth, silicone, under the muscle. At the consultation, I went to 350cc with the sizers. He told me that once inserted, they would come out slightly smaller than the sizers due to them being put under the muscle. I have another consultation a week before my surgery, and I would like to get this figured out. It's driving me crazy! I'm thinking I would like to be at least a small D. I want them to definitely be noticeable in shirts, and really noticeable in a bathing suit/bra. I have a couple pictures that I posted that I would like them to look like. Anyone have suggestions about how many CC's? Why do some plastic surgeons go all the way up to like 600 CC's and others don't? Will the 325 CC's actually put me at a big C/small D like he said? https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=153987354762805&set=a.153987351429472.1073741825.153983164763224&type=1&theater https://www.facebook.com/photo.php?fbid=157787547716119&set=a.154175234744017.1073741828.153983164763224&type=1&theater

Here are some doctor responses from a similar question related to sizing. If you have a good PS, which it sounds like you do, most of your sizing will be determined by the size of your body frame. Good luck and looking forward to you writing a review!
