Canada Lifestyle lift doctor?

Is the lifestyle lift available outside of the United States.  The lifestyle lift website doesnt give this information.  I'm in Toronto, Canada but my friend in London also has this question.

In Canada we do have fillers
I had 8 CC's of juvaderm (spelling) and it

Was charged 5 000 dollars and the fillers don't last
That's the thing it doesn't last and I cannot afford 5,000 a year

The lifestyle lift is the same thing as a quick lift . You can have a quick lift done in Canada just search "quick lift Canada" and you will get a listing of doctors. I had a consultation for one, however, I am not quite ready for one yet. I am having juvaderm and Botox done first and then maybe going for the quick lift in a year or so. Hope this helps my fellow Canadians.

@ the women who are claiming on here to have had it done, please guve the name of the surgeon and contact info so we can verify that you aren't just on here to 'sell' the procedure. I want to ask the doctor the same questions my husband is asking the others we are calling to see what the response is.....if u really did get it done, that is. btw number cannot connect from canada because they aren't licenced 2 solicit here. That should tell us something.....

@emily in surrey. Too bad u went all the way to Surrey 4 simple neck firming. canadian ladies dont be duped into spending your money in the US. The prcedure is done by many plastic surgeons right here in Greater Van. They just call it by the usual name instead of the one created for the ad hook.

The procedure IS in Canada. It is not new and simply known as 'neck firming'. My husband called 2 surgeons in California and one in Abbotsford, B.C. who confirmed this. The name is just a gimmick. They said most people are squeamish about full facelifts. This is considered a partial. The ad is deliberately created to conceal this fact to get people to call for the DVD. It was created by a group of surgeons to increase their business. It's not bad.....just nothing new. The only 'bad' is that you are only referred to the doctors that 'have their money in the pot".

I just saw this ad on CBS today I am interested in gathering more information. I was wondering what happens if a Canadian having this procedure done has complications. I know that regular travel medical won't cover me for having medical procedures done. If it turns sour, does Lifestyle Lift doctors cover the costs of any complications ie. infection, hospitalization, medications, etc.? Who will insure me for this - if not? Secondly, is the cost of this procedure the same at any of the locations?

I would suggest you reseach your doc but I am here to tell you that most people get a great result only unhappy people post over and over I had LSL 2 weeks ago and it nis sooooo worth it I am thrilled it is surgery and things can happen but it usually doesnt.
If it is not perfect they will fix it but I bet it will be ferfect if my picture posts it is 2 weeks after surgery and i a,m 54

I'm thinkingof a lifestylelift in Seattle.I read about Emily in Surrey &I'm wondering what more I can do to research there offices & Dr?I read you had addtional work done.Was this to repair what they did before?would you advise to not do it or to do it?reply In kelowna,BC.

I have LSL scheduled in Houston, with Dr. Creamean on 7-19-11. I would love to hear from someone who has had the LSL in houston - and is happy with results.

I had "the procedure" done on May 3rd of this year. Lower face, plus complete facial laser. Apart from the stretch/fold mark over my left cheekbone (which has calmed down somewhat after 2+ months) and the two "ridges" on the right. I shared this experience with a friend. She was not pleased with how we were treated (2-hour wait for the surgeon for each of us), but she has no deformities.We have been promised laser treatments to minimize the scars in front of our ears, under the chin (we were told otherwise), etc., and are returning to Seattle from Canada on Wednesday. My major observation is that the surgery that was performed on my face in May of this year (2011)is not innovative in the least. I had a total face lift by a top surgeon at Stanford University Hospital in 1988. Nothing's changed with Lifestyle Lift, except I wasn't placed under general anesthetic in a hospital. It was significantly less expensive, however, especially using CDN dollars at this time. I will say, on a lighter note, that I love my neck and jaw, and the laser process is fabulous!

Hi Emily - just wondering about the 'ridges' - what exactly do they look like - are they noticeable> when you said you have the lower face - did that include the neck area - if so what difference did you notice. What kind of cost is involved with this. Thanks Arliss

Was this done in Canada and if so where. I live in Surrey also and I noticed that Arliss asked about the costs and nothing was given. I take it that Lifestyles scrutinize these emails before sending. D in Surrey

I has been three months since I had the Lifestyle lift done. It was done under a combination of oral and local anesthetic. My procedure took an hour and a half. I remember very little of the procedure..certainly no pain but rather a feeling of pressure at times. The first and second day post op were uncomfortable (not unbearable!) but pain medication was prescribed and I took it as I needed it. The third day was a "turn around day" for me...I was no longer in any discomfort and began to resume my normal schedule. The stitches in front and behind my ears dissolved or fell out within the first two weeks. There was some slight residual swelling but that abated within a month.

I still have some numbness in front and behind my ears but that does not bother me...I can get my earrings in so I am ok with that !! Some of these things just take time I think ...

My husband and children tell me that I look ten years younger... not only do I "LOOK" ten years younger...I "FEEL" ten years younger!! Every day I am happy that I did this for myself.

The cost was $6,500.00. Money WELL SPENT if you ask me !!

I have the LSL scheduled in 2 weeks in Houston. Thanks so much for posting your positive experience! There is so much negative out there, and yet I like the relative simplicity of the LSL. I see you posted in May - are you still happy with the results?

I do not think the Lifetyle Lift is available in Canada at this time. I had mine done two months ago while on vacation in Florida. I can only say that it is one of the best things that I have ever done for myself.

Annika I had mine done in Ft lauderdale if you look at my posting you can get the name of my Dr. I dont think they will let me post it here just click on my picture and you will get all the info he was great.

Bhavana, thank you for sharing your experience. i was watching this ad this morning and i was thinking about having it done too.
You are the first one that i have heard with a negative response.
Their ad sounded "too good to be true" and after reading your response, i'm inclined to believe that it is "too good to be true".
i have no time or money to waste on shams. i'll pray that your numbness disappears and you are restored to your previous condition.

Hope this review helped you in making the decision not to go for this scam. There seems to be a new type of laser treatment called Sciton Laser Resurfacing, which is safe and eliminates scars, wrinkles and gives a mini face lift. Between that and a few injections it should safely take about twenty years off! Fat injections are the best way to go if you can afford it as your body readily accepts it and it stays plumped for years.

I had lift 2 weeks ago and would do it again if I needed it I am so pleased with it I work in the public and I have had nothing but positive responses from all my customers .
Some people dont heal well and also dont do what they are told I had ice on me at least 20 min every hour and I took arnica I had no brusing just swelling and the ice took care of that.
I was back to work in 8 days and you could not tell that I had surgery except that I looked better.
