Hello,Please forgive the length of my post. First one :-).I've probably seen all the youtube videos and read every post but still not sure what essential items I will need (apart from vital medications- those will be prescribed on discharge from hospital). It is 4 weeks to go and I am just so over waiting! Hurry up time! I will receive all my paperwork from hospital 10 days prior. My surgery is booked for November 10, 2014. It does not seem real yet because it's only been 'confirmed' verbally so far! I have decided to start making it 'real' to make time fly. So yesterday I started buying things online. I've ordered:surgery bras x3front button pyjamas x2gauzelaxatives/stool sodteners antibac soaptapeadhesive removersleeping pillsantiseptic washantiseptic cream with local anaesthetic (to numb the itch) throat soothing meds Can't think what else? I'm considering one of those pillows that props you up as I naturally sleep on my front. Do they actually help? Any reviews?if there is anything else you needed please let me know (blankets, entertainment and snacks come as standard in my house lol)Also if you have a hysband/partner/boyfriend/significant other, how did you help them prepare? I think my husband will miss them so much but can get over that, but Idon't know how he'll handle seeing his babies battered and hurt :-( Thank you
